Information we collect.
We collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries and to operate the site. It falls into three categories.
- Information you submit. When you use our contact or inquiry form, we collect the details you provide—typically your name, email address, organization, project type, and the message you send. You choose what to include; please do not send sensitive or confidential project information through the form before an engagement and any confidentiality agreement are in place.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting environment automatically records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested, the referring page, and the date and time of each request. These logs help us keep the site secure and reliable.
- Cookies and analytics. We use a limited set of cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to keep the site functioning and to understand aggregate usage. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings.
How we use information.
We use the information described above to:
- respond to your inquiry and correspond with you about it;
- provide, operate, maintain, and secure the site;
- understand aggregate usage so we can improve content and performance; and
- comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.
We do not use contact-form submissions to send unsolicited marketing. If we ever wish to contact you for a purpose beyond responding to your inquiry, we will rely on an appropriate legal basis and, where required, your consent.
Legal bases and no sale of personal data.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and operating the site, on taking steps at your request before any engagement, on your consent where applicable (for example, non-essential cookies), and on compliance with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only as described in this policy—principally with the service providers that help us run the site—or where required by law.
Service providers.
We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the site—principally a website-hosting provider and an email-delivery provider that transmits inquiry messages to us. These providers act as processors on our behalf and on our instructions, under agreements that require them to protect the information and to use it solely to provide their service to us.
We select providers that maintain appropriate security practices, and we limit what we share with each to what that provider needs to perform its function.
Data retention.
We keep inquiry and correspondence records only as long as needed for the purpose for which they were collected—to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, to maintain our business records, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Server logs and analytics data are retained for a limited period consistent with security and operational needs. When information is no longer required, we delete it or render it anonymous.
Security.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration, including encryption in transit for the site and access controls on the systems we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending confidential project information through the site until an engagement and any confidentiality agreement are in place.
Your choices and rights.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to request access to it, correction of inaccurate information, and deletion. You may also ask us to stop processing your information for a given purpose, and you can control cookies through your browser settings.

International visitors.
Feasibility Study Company operates in the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those of your location. Where required, we take steps to ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.
Children.
The site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy.
We may update this policy from time to time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “last updated” date above. Material changes take effect when posted. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we handle information.
